ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the on-line Booking Form. Each participant will receive a letter of confirmation. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis. Hotels rooms are subject to availability. Hotel rates are per room per night and include breakfast and all taxes. Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception desk before departure. After settlement of the payment to Infinitum Travel, each participant will receive their hotel voucher by e-mail. The voucher should be presented to the hotel upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please inform Infinitum Travel of any changes or cancellations in writing by fax (+420222244544) or e-mail. Telephone amendments will not be accepted. Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations as reservations are held by Infinitum Travel. The appropriate refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellation on or before May 1, 2008: full refund less a handling fee of 40,- EUR
Cancellation after May 1, 2008: one night cancellation fee
On the date of arrival and no show: 10% of the total accommodation amount will be refunded
*Infinitum Travel holds the rights to charge your credit card for the all nights booked or not to refund the pre-payment according to the cancellation conditions.
PAYMENT POLICY
Infinitum Travel accepts payment by VISA, Eurocard/Master Card and bank transfer.
According to the Czech law, credit cards will be charged in Czech Crowns (CZK). Payment by bank transfer for hotel accommodation must be paid in EUR. All bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.
